Official Douglas County records must be requested from the office that keeps them. This page separates the private website from those agencies and routes court, arrest, jail, police, and statewide criminal-history questions to the proper public custodian.

This Is Not a Government Office. This privately operated site cannot retrieve official records, perform an official check, correct or remove a record, or receive a sealing or expungement filing. Those services remain with the responsible court or agency.

Need an Official Record?

  • Arrest, booking, and jail records: contact the Douglas County sheriff's records unit
  • Official background checks: order through the Colorado Bureau of Investigation (CBI)
