For DCSO incident and jail records, contact the Douglas County Sheriff's Office Records Unit, 4000 Justice Way, Castle Rock, CO 80109, at 303-660-7545. Requests may also be delivered to the Highlands Ranch Substation, 9250 Zotos Drive, Highlands Ranch, CO 80129, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. DCSO says to allow three business days.

The court accepts research requests at Douglasrecords@judicial.state.co.us or at the clerk counter and does not accept fax-filed documents. The published collections-counter hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
